Payment
All ads require pre-payment for first time advertisers. A
credit application must be filled out and submitted in order to be
billed for insertion. This includes all advertising agencies and
brokers.
Preferred Position
Cost of Space plus 15%, with a 1/2 Page minimum. 10% premium
on contract basis, excluding covers.
Frequency Rates
All frequency rates are stated on a cost per month basis, and
multiple contracts must be completed within one year of signing the
advertising agreement. Advertising rates are subject to change.
Publisher will notify contract advertisers 60 days prior to rate
change, at which time advertiser may either accept new rates for
remainder of contract term or cancel without the short rate.
